Shipping

• We ship in plain boxes from Brushstrokes Online Shopping. There is no other indication as to the contents of the box or the source.
• We only ship to addresses in the 50 United States and U.S. Territories. If you're from any other country and wish to order from us, contact us for ordering information. We accept PayPal for international orders and ship via International First-Class Mail for most international orders. A Brushstrokes order manager will be glad to help you.
• All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars.
• Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. In the event of a delay, we will notify the customer by email.
• Standard shipping method is First-Class Mail for small packages and Priority Mail for larger packages with delivery confirmation. Heavier packages may be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Overnight delivery delivery available under certain circumstances for addtional fees. Please contact us for overnight rates. Rates are based on weight (items, packing materials and packaging), rounded up to the next full pound weight, shipped from Atlanta, Georgia to postal Zone 8, regardless of actual destination. A nominal packaging charge is automatically calculated to cover the costs involved with packaging materials.
• In the event that a package is returned to Brushstrokes due to an inaccurate or insufficient address, or if a package is refused, Brushstrokes will charge for additional postage required for delivery. If the customer refuses to pay for delivery of such packages, Brushstrokes will regard the items as an unauthorized return.

Returns
Items purchased though Brushstrokes.us are subject to the same return policy as items purchased directly from Brushstrokes stores. All returns for items purchased through this website must be authorized in advance. Call or email Brushstrokes for a return authorization (RA). Return authorizations must be made within 14 days of postmarked day the items were shipped. RA's are valid for 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Non-defective and unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

These items may not by returned or exchanged:

• Opened DVD's and CD's. Defective DVD's and CD's may be exchanged only for the same title;
• Personal lubricants, condoms, sex toys, cock rings, and undergarments;
• Supplements, herbals, pills, capsules, liquids, creams, nail polish removers and video head cleaners;
• Clothing in which the tags have been removed, or have been washed, or have been worn, or have been altered;
• Items that were soiled, bent, or damaged due to customer misuse or neglect;
• Items that were purchased "as-is", or on clearance.
