The DVD's advertised for sale on this website comply with 18 U.S.C., Section 2257. All records are kept at the address of the producer that appears on the cover of the DVD. Brushstrokes, Inc. is not responsible for the content of the DVD's and can only refer complaints and objections to the studio, production company, or distribution company in which the DVD was obtained.
Defective DVD's may only be exchanged for the same title. In the event that we are out of stock for a particular title, a credit voucher will be issued. Only unopened DVD's are eligible for return.

USED ADULT DVD
Items listed for sale in the USED ADULT DVD section are titles which have been made available in our store for rental. They may have slight scratches, fingerprints, cracks, torn covers, mismatched boxes, or be shipped without the original case. These titles are fully guaranteed to play perfectly and are warranted for 14 days from the date of shipment. In the event that a Used DVD does not play, the DVD must be returned to Brushstrokes with an explanation of the problem for replacement. If an exact replacement is not available, a credit voucher will be issued. Brushstrokes personal will inspect the disc for abuse and to verify that the DVD is defective. Any Used DVD that is deemed as playable will be returned to the customer.

ADULT TOYS
Adult product are sold a novelties only. Adult Toys, novelties, cock rings, and undergarments may not be returned or exchanged. The Customer assumes any and all liability for damage or bodily injury due to the use or misuse of any novelty.

VIDEO HEAD CLEANERS
Video Head Cleaners are sold as room odorants, liquid incense, liquid aromas, or video head cleaner only. We do not encourage the intentional inhalation or misuse of these products. We are not responsible for the media claims that liquid aromas are said to be aphrodisiacs or sex drugs, and we do not endorse such claims. Brushstrokes is not responsible for any misuse of video head cleaners.
